Caramba!! - The wall is going to be 18 feet tall?  They're gonna need a longer ladder! ..and some pretty bushes and flowers to make the wall look better from the Mexico side. Maybe some trellis to grow stuff up. Since the Americans won't be able to see what's going on directly behind the wall, there could be market stalls, ladder hire shops etc.
