Excellent service

My granddaughter had problems with her phone, it has been returned to an Orange shop three times to date and is still not working properly.  I too have a Samsung smart phone and it too has given some problems recently.  Instead of returning it to the shop I telephoned Samsung.  A very nice young man from the technical section returned my call on my land line.  He then asked me to install an app, and proceeded to take over my mobile remotely.  He spent about twenty minutes with me and hopefully has now resolved the problem.  That is what I call excellent service.  The end result is that I would highly recommend a Samsung mobile phone.  

I have Samsung TV's, microwave vacuum cleaner and phone.
They are the best for quality, value and service

I ordered some spare Oral B tooth brush heads from Amazon, and they were promised for last Friday. It turns out that they have to come from Germany. I sent an e mail yesterday. This is the reply, You should get the sending in the next days. Not so good. There was no indication of this when I ordered. Why make such a promise?
