Very nasty. Never heard of anything like that before. I see at the end of the article it says:
Experts have said such cases are very rare and that there is no reason for alarm.
I don't know about that. It seems there's every reason for alarm to me.

don't think it will keep many out of the sea - we swim with the sharks weekly!

i think there are more people in OZ who never go into the sea rather than those who do and no doubt your sister would be one of them. I have walked alongside the sea many times with the dog and literally been handed small rock sharks for my later consumption but most of my main sea days were in UK!
