I've just looked at 20 unanswered posts [current] but the list goes on - come on guys and girls lets give each other a hug sometime??

ah we might be onto something here - when posting please ask someone for a hug - it just might work and start off with the ones you don't normal converse with. any form of asking is acceptable as long as it's  not too rude like "heh yuz I wanna  hug"!!

I wonder if it's anything to go with getting older ..or how many years a person has been posting on forums?

I say this because I've been posting on forums for about 20 years. When I was 52, I was definitely more enthusiastic and would put forward opinions on just about anything. This probably went on for about 15 years. These days though, I can look at a post and think, "Oh well, that's life" or "Why worry, there's nothing I can do about it" and topics can skip over me.

Is this attitude to do with age or perhaps forum tiredness? I just don't know ..even I just don't know.

yes well we all have our ups and downs ; comings and goings ; bright spots and sad spots - I don't now either! but I am goin to start a new fread called 'dreams" that may kick start yuz again!

I can't help with your dilemma Mart.  I am old and have been on forums for a long as I can remember.

We need a focus group containing young who have just started using forums, young who have used forums for ages, old who have just started and old like me who have used forums for ages. We also need to sprinkle the mix with all 3 sexes, black and white, members of each major religion and a token member of Greenpeace. Oh, nearly forgot - also followers of each political party.

Now get Mr Chillcot (who has now finished the Iraq war enquiry) to head up an investigative council and read his whitewash report 7 years later.

It wasn't that me and Meerkat were doing anything wrong it was the forum behaving differently. Instead of just the upload to host Image box another appeared requiring log in to a third party site. I think we went around in circles trying to resolve it and weren't successful.

well I've been uploading images on my new blog with no prob at all??

I think it's the same ISP and IP problem sags.
You have to get rid of your cache, cookies etc. Change your password restart your browser and log in again then try again to host an image and fill in the pop up box.
