Excellent Goldie !......I took it out 4 mins early because it looked like the top was burning, that was a mistake, however next time I'll know better

Aagh that tends to happen pop a bit of foil on top about 10 minutes before the cooking period ends.

That's just as good Malcolm. Our ovens in Spain tend not to be so hot as the UK. I posted a naan one today to. Think you will like that as well x

Yes, I'm sure I would like it, but it takes forever to make and I prefer poppadoms with my curry anyway. They do look very good though I must say

Made my second one today Goldie, added a tsp of bicarbonate to help with raising and used tonic water in place of sparkling water, piece of baking foil on top of the bread for the last 30 minutes and the bread turned out perfect and delicious
