| It appears that there is a problem with e mail on Virgin this morning. The internet is working fine, but there is no e mail access. I suppose we are lucky in that we get very few problems. Is this widespread, is anyone else have the same problem? |

| Not the same thing but it took ages for my gmail and my gmx mail to fire up this morning and gmail has just fallen down again. |

| As usual, Virgin fixed the problem quickly, back to normal now. |

| No problems here with Virgin--they are very reliable with minimum breakdown--thats my opinion  |

| I have read in several places lately that Virgin Media's e-mail service can be intermittent. I have noticed it a few times myself but nothing that has lasted for long. |

I have had very little bother,and as you say,it is always fixed quickly. A neighbour had problems with her phone on talk talk, I sent them an e mail with no result, so I sent another addressed personally to the CEO. Her secratery phoned me within a few minutes,and it was fixed the next day. You sometimes need to go to the top. |

| I am with talk-talk Andsome and have had problems in the past with internet connection and also faults on my landline, difficult to get a proper response...I wish I had the email address of the CEO  |

| Movie star here but tends to be slow if we have a lot of tourists. We are finally going fibre optic. Being the posh end of the island, they tend to leave us till last  |
