| Well done! Yoga was always encouraged when I belonged to the North London Judo Club in Edgware during 1962-65.

My daughter attended Bikram Yoga (in a steam room) for quite a while and appeared on their calendar! She also went to a Yoga retreat in Ibiza for a week.
I attended beginner's Yoga last year but the classes finished. It's a shame your daughter doesn't have her classes near me! |

I attended beginner's Yoga last year but the classes finished. It's a shame your daughter doesn't have her classes near me! It's amazing actually just how well known she is in Shrewsbury. Whenever we are out with her we can't believe the number of people who speak to her.
