the second greatest marigold hotel

watched this last night and I love the original actors and of course the chaos which is Indian but it definitely disappointed from the first film. it just seemed to go nowhere and definitely needed some punch in it. the addition of Richard Gere was strange and for me unecessary. they could have picked another good British actor.

just didn't hit the spot lacked punch and drama. If you watched the first it  had everything you would like and need

We thoroughly enjoyed the first film, but thought that the second was a right load of rubbish compared with it.  Sequels eloquently fall short of the original.

I'm in agreement, definitely preferred the first one.
