| I must be lucky. I only take one a day .. an anti-histamine. A year or so back the nurse at the surgery seemed keen to introduce me to statins so I didn't bother going back. Yeh, I know ... naughty of me. Other than for that my sinuses can give me hell sometimes.. so I sometimes snort ... like a pig. I never knew you could get a shingles jab. My mum had that, in her 70's, and it was darn painful for her. |

| I have had shingles and it was awful. It is only being offered for the time being to certain ages. I qualify this year but 'Er Indoors doesn't. ----------------------------------------- Gustav Mahler is the finest composer who ever lived. |

| Had my Flu jab last Thursday along with my Yearly check up. They discovered I didn't have The wandering Ab Dabs or Malaria or Bent Politicians Syndrom. So that's me sorted for the next twelve Month's. |

| I had a shingles and flu jab during the same visit a few weeks ago. One in each arm. | We don't have "jabs" for flu etc.. Instead we rely on Homoeopathy remedys...and I have done for nigh on 60 years.
Yes we are weird. But fairly fit with it. |
