What's your explanation for this one - I can see sags' insert OK but Malcolm's is inconsistent

Seriously andsome - just look at Malcolm's post - some images appear and some don't. I have again tried all 4 browsers and they all behave the same. If you have a clue about a solution regarding settings please share it. I have gone past laughing about the problem

The problem could be related to how the images are posted on Murgs. Did Malcolm use two methods - with the differing consequences. Hopefully he will see this post and be able to clarify.

I have no idea what I did or how I did it Alan...sorry, but only two of the four images show up for me now

So the malady lingers on....sigh

Thanks for trying Malcolm - there is something rum afoot. Do you think andsomes groan generator may be giving out interference?

I can now see three images and two crosses.

The crosses are where the teacher marked your paper.

I never had crosses on mine, only ticks. 

You've got crosses on some posts though - like I have had for several days.

I still don't understand it - I frequent two other forums and they are fine. My guess is that there are two or three different ways of posting an image on this forum and one of them is not compatible with my browsers.

If I wasn't so busy at present I might have spent some time experimenting

Maybe Malcolm bought a load of crosses in the sales.  

Like you I have found the problem amusing - But that doesn't address our problem.  There is quite positively a technical anomaly and it is now bugging me.

Here I am inserting an image by :-
clicking on "host an image"
Click on +Select File
Browse my computer and pick a jpg file
When this appears in the Murgs window click on Send All
Click on Insert All






Would you mind inserting an image into a reply with details of the method you used.

I will then insert an image by another route - and so on until we get crossed squares. (or just get cross)
