| Pork chops today for us, slow cooked in the oven with onions and chunky potatoes. Served with cauli, broccoli, cabbage and carrots. Neapolitan ice-cream to follow with fresh strawberries and cherries and blueberries. |

| Nothing exciting wholemeal thins with ham and tomatoes. Lovely fresh melon though yum yum.
Just pasta with bacon pieces, mushrooms, ham, sweetcorn, peas a can of condensed mushroom soup,thrown in and scoffed :;smile: may be too full for dessert but you never know :;groan;:that's supper though |

| Today its tiger baps filled with medium rare beef, and thick slices of onion for me and sliced tomato for 'Er indoors. We will share a large bag of vegetable crisps. | Chicken breast strips marinaded in Thai spices then oven baked, with savoury rice done in the rice cooker with onion, peppers, celery, carrot and broccoli. |

| I haven't put a name to our meal yet, so I'm making some Chicken Noodle soup with lots of fresh herbs in it .. We'll have it with some crispy croutons for lunch. |
