| I think so. It's to protect your photographs originally. Although they do tell you to put a signature on your pics if you post them. Places like Facebook etc can claim the photo is theirs as there is no copyright. There is software on Google. Say I post the picture of the rainbow I can run it through the software and it tells you where it has been posted. Also to protect your identity. When I did it many moons ago it brought up all sorts of matches. I used to sign all mine I previously posted on Facebook. I no longer post on Facebook.  |

| Out of curiosity I just posted the picture on Google - It came up with the persons name immediately .
I would never had guessed it in a million years - I've never heard of him.
Its truly amazing what Google have in their data base.
