A pat on the back

A pat on the back for Beiserdorf, the company that markets Nivea products.  For several years I have used Nivea for men shaving gel in preference to other brands.  Recently it was on special offer in a shop so I bought three cans.  The contents in them all were very runny as against being of the normal thick gel like consistency.  I sent the company an e mail, and received an immediate response asking me to return the cans to a free post address.  This was followed quickly by an e mail from them agreeing with my comments and asking for my address.  A £10 voucher arrived in the post this morning, more than the cans had cost me.  I just wish that all companies treated their customers in this fashion.  Well done them.

I use Nivea shaving gel and noticed the last two cans have not been up to scratch as you say
they were runny and produced very little shaving cream. I changed over to Morrisons own brand
and found it very good.

Some time ago when i had 2 family members here i got some 
canned soup out which said it was tomato & Basil. when opened it had the wrong contents in it
,so i phoned them.
had to give the batch number on the tin, and they sent me a money back voucher.
