just watched probably the best RM - the guy and his wife and family who restored a complete water mill in Northumberland - if I had the money I'd buy it off of him but he probably would never sell!!

Some people have a real aptitude for restoring places. They shift this, knock down that and generally make the place into something I could never have envisioned myself.
