Thanks Meerkat, the furthest we have travelled. Not sure I could do it these days.  It was 13.5 half hours to Singapore. We managed to get a small hotel room to have some sleep for four hours to carry onto Bali.

When we arrived we slept solid for 24 hours. The staff got worried  and broke into the room.

We soon came around though and enjoyed a further 16 glorious days there. We met the most lovely Australian couple who had a lovely daughter. There room was bigger and asked us if we could swap rooms to be nearer their daughter. We agreed immediately.

Aussies are more aware of sun protection than us because of the heat in that part of the world.
