Told you. I rarely buy bread these days. Glad you like it.

Take a look at the naan recipe I posted earlier you would love that too. :;smile:

Yes, I'm sure I would like it, but it takes forever to make and I prefer poppadoms with my curry anyway.
They do look very good though I must say

Made my second one today Goldie, added a tsp of bicarbonate to help with raising and used tonic water in place of sparkling water, piece of baking foil on top of the bread for the last 30 minutes and the bread turned out perfect and delicious yes
